-first six months all you get is standby flights within Ireland
-after six months you and either your partner or your parents get 1 free flight a year, 1 positive flight (which is in theory a confirmed flight) a year. and unlimited standby flights
-your brothers and sisters also get 4 standby flights between them all for the year.
-4 cara passes (buddy passes) to be divided between 2 people. (must be registered for the year).
hope this helps

Aer Lingus
Guys, does anyone know where i could find information on the financial position of Aer Lingus, what they are like to fly for, and whether the Gatwick base has been a success or improving? Really would like to find out as I have sent off my CV but have not heard anything for 4 months?
Are there any pilots who fly for Aer Lingus on PPRUNE to give me an insight?
