I'm really getting worried, i've been invited for an interview to etihad for mid april. But, i am still waiting for their reply on travel arrangements for the interview in Abu Dhabi.

Is this normal?

Yes it is normal. Your travel arrangements will probably arrive about 3 days prior to your assessment. What aircraft are you applying for? I think there are about 80 Airbus drivers (FO's and DEC's) currently in the pool. Good luck...

As Laker says its quite normal - I think they are struggling with the intake paperwork and consequently things are getting left until the last minute. I'm sure you'll be fine but if you're that worried give them a phone call, just to be certain. Good luck!

Etihad Interview

That all sounds normal, they say they expect to recruit approx 80 pilots this year as there are 11 aircraft due to be delivered then next year will slow down and then gather pace in 2011.With regard to type it will be A320/777 and they say no DEC at this time but they will do so if they need to.

Things look very stable here but its a tough market for everybody so things could change.

Wish you all the best.
