Need info about Aviation labour law in Hungary

If there is anyone who has or can provide the law on the statute of civil aircraft flying personnel employed in civil aviation in Hungary, i will be most gratefull. I would be looking for it my self but i don't speak hungarian.
In short, anything related to CC who becomes pregnant :
-what is the airline/employer obligation towards the pregnant CC?
-Is it safe to continue flying? When can she choose to stop flying?
-Is the airline obliged to give an alternative job on ground to avoid any risks? Can the basic salary be reduced? (If there is no job on ground what can happen?)

"a pregnant CC ( 2 months pregnant ) decides not to fly anymore becouse of the obvious risks, the company is low-cost - that means they can't provide any job on ground, the country legislation doesn't mention anything clear about situationes such as this...
At this point, the company said they can't help her out with a job on ground becouse they don't have any...and that would create a precedent and more CC will come out pregnant!!!.. The doctor can not give anymore sick days, becouse of the legislation...it could work out if some investigation comitee decides that the pregnancy is with high risk, but it's not the case... "

Any informations or experiences will be helpful for her and the lawyers! Thank you!

Best regards,
K
