Avionco dispute and false claims help

I am in a dispute with Avionco and would like some help.

Have any of you had a false claim made against you by Avionco? or do you know of any situations where Avionco made false claims to get leverage in a dispute with one of their pilots?

I think the question should be who HAS NOT had Avionco making false claims against them.

those who are current/former 9E pilots there is a direct line communication between the two which is NOT favorable.
