it would appear that the shop has been closed and only McNamara can be used going forward. If you are already on board with one of the other three providers you can stay with them, but if you are using a proper accountant or exercising you constitutional right to file your own taxes you will no longer be allowed to continue.

Irish VAT
Quick question,
Anyone under one of the four Irish accountants know if it is possible to bill Brookefield for the the VAT on services rendered.
I have been told by some uk guys that every 3 months you can do this however the Irish company I am with is telling me that they do not bill Brookefield for this.
Would really like to know if this is something that can only be done if you are UK VAT registered or if it is something that needs to be pursued further.
Cheers

I'd like to know if anyone has obtained advice in relation to tax obligations to the UK tax authorities whilst working under a Brookfield contract for Ryanair.
I'm always likely to regard the UK as my domicile and although there are dual taxation treaties between the UK and Ireland, I want a clear idea of my obligations in the UK.
Anyone been to a good UK accountant specialising in aviation for advice on this?
