Dealing with TAX and SOCIAL SECURITY

HI you all.
I'm a Spanish pilot hired by a contractor in Holland that send us to work to ukrania, Poland or rumania, we will be paid to our accounts in Spain.
Does anyone can advice on how to deal with Social Security and Taxes?
Does anyone know a Tax Advisor for Pilot cases in Spain, or anyhwere?
What are you pilots doing? could anyone tellme their cases, you can also write me a private message.

Thanks a lot for your help!

Remember the 60,000 euro deduction for working abroad. Your tax specialist may not know about it.
