As far as KAL are concerned, if you read through all the threads this agency seems to be the one that consistently gets 
I have a few ex-colleagues working for KAL and they have also stated that this agency seems to be the most responsive / pro-active from a pilots point of view.

CCL are one of the main recruitment agencies at Korean Air, along with GAP, and Rishworth and a few others....
Yes they are OK, payments are always on time, and they are very good at responding to e-mails or telephone calls, how they would do if there was a real crisis I don't know. In the interests of balance, none of my colleagues with other main agencies have any problems either though so "you pays your money and you takes your chances".
