parc and risworth aviation,
Hi guys.
I have a half year contract which will end at the end of september. I dont think I will stay with my current airline. I have an a320 TR with then 300 or 400 hours. I am going to look for another job now. I dont care where in the world, but does anybody has experience with parc or risworth? would you consider get in contact with them for a job? Do they help you good? Is there a big difference in salary if you look yourself?
thanks

Dyingforflying, many Asian and Indian airlines will only use employment agencies for pilot recruitment. The two you mention have been around for a long time. You will find that posters here will write at complete variance from one another; some will say, 'they are very good' and other will say 'don't go near them.'
I would register with all of them (see back of Flight International) and see what they offer you. T&Cs will be very similar if they are recruiting for the same airline.
A320 with 350 hours might be on the low side. Maybe wait until you have 1000 before you jump ship.

Not a very sensible question, really.
It doesn't cost you anything but the trouble to fill out their forms, so instead of posting this, you could have already done that.
Finding a job as a FO, especially with low hours, is not easy, so it will take you quite a lot of comittment.
As far as my experience with Rishworth, Parc, Sigmar, etc. is concerned, they will send you some offers now and then, but with low hours and no PIC-experience, it will be difficult. Of course it is still worth trying.
My suggestion is, that wherever you are now, just hang in there and get more hours first.
