Monarch A306's to Sanford
I've noticed a few A300-600s come in to Sanford the last few days, and they have stopped in Gander. Obviously they can't make it nonstop. The last two days the flights originated in Cardiff and Dublin today. Are these guys Manchester based? How do they position to DUB and Cardiff? Where else do the A306s go from those cities? Just curious. Is that a good fleet to be on? Cheers!

The CWL-SFB flight is normally operated weekly by A330, direct. A/C positions in from MAN, Once the CWL-SFB-CWL flights are done, the a/c then goes off to NCL to operate their long haul flights.
A330 was tech Thurs, so A300 replaced via YQX.
The crew are positioned to CWL the night before, but due to A300 operating, extra A300 pilots were positioned to CWL in early hours.

I bet the A306 guys enjoyed it. Where do they mostly fly? The Canaries and Greece this time of year? Can any current MON A300 guy tell us about an average roster during the peak Summer season? Cheers!
