Cityjet Ad in Flight
I see Cityjet are advertising in Flight International this week offering 140,000 Euro's and all sorts of inducements for direct entry Captains.
Any word from folks already there on what to expect, ie, pay, base, roster patern, etc, etc,

Don't count on 140,0000 euros. Read the fine print and then ask specific questions. Your base pay will be much lower than that.
Unless something major has changed DEC starting pay is around 75,000 euros plus sector and overnight pay, another 2000 a month or so. Now, after you've been there for 15 years, TRI, TRE, Base Captain the 140,000 gets more realistic.
