I called them two weeks ago. I had twice submitted a profile but it coming up with error messages at the end while trying to save.
They said thanks for letting them know but they currently have a recruitment ban on anyway.

Speaking to a good friend of mine within MON, word on the street they are looking to chop 50 pilots this Winter.

It's also a very much 'who you know' airline, so when things do turn around, it's good to know somebody on the inside.

It's not that the online application is not working, they have just removed it from the website for the time being
I figured that one out that's why I was looking for a by-pass. But as you said I definitely have got my answer now.

Thanks for the replies.

2604,

Do you really think there is a by-pass these days??? The internet recruitment tool is perfect for all employers, it allows them to hide behind an anonymous wall of recruiting whoever they like.

The good old days of "by-pass" are over. Even on a very modern aeroplane like an A306.

Good luck

I don't think there is I believe there is. If you don't ask you don't get

From Phantasm:

It's also a very much 'who you know' airline
Here is a small by-pass.

And in my current company I see them nearly every day.

Standead if you have any infos about MON please feel free to share them.

Ta

Before things get out of hand.... there will be NO REDUNDANCIES at Monarch.

However, don't waste your time applying or wondering how to do so, at the moment there's no recruitment requirements.
