Flight Duty Pay
Morning folks,
My current employer doesn't currently pay flight duty pay. It is something they are looking into at the moment (pressure).
Are there any people about who have experience in companies introducing flight duty pay? I believe Jet2 added it in the last couple of years? I'm curious how this has affected staff sickness rates etc.
Not looking for figures of what everyone is paid - thats just nosey
but really i'm chasing down any benefits a company may find from offering flight duty pay.
