Aircraft Performance Manager Salary

Hi

I would just like to get some general feedback about salary levels for Aircraft Performance Manager roles. It is office type of work, but one of the requirements is current/lapsed CPL+IR and ATPL theory subjects. Will the payment be comparable to a line pilot salary?

Regards

From the little I know about the office wallers - no

The airlines generally pay below the average. It makes little sense to pay Pilots wages to people whom can't under take the risks of moving the payload.
