Adria Airways info needed

Hello,

I have a possible interview coming up with Adria Airways in LJU on the CRJ. Can somebody share his or her info on Adria work conditions? The PPJN does not say much about Adria. The good, the bad, and the ugly.

Thanks guys OM

I live in the wondeful world of CRJ contracting... Adria is getting some attention right now. Although everything I hear is second hand info, it sounds like a good deal. There are only two downfalls in my mind...

1. No rotation during the 18 month contract. You get 2 blocks of 15 days off during your 18 months. I personally dont care about that. If you are contracting in third world countries, yes a rotation is needed. Eastern Europe is cool with me, I would be just fine hanging out there for a while! Most guys think differently though...

2. They have high time requirements for a CRJ contract. I personally think they are going to be passing up some good candidates due to this. Most guys (Atleast us Americans) with that sort of time are moving beyond the CRJ...

I dont have any command time in the CRJ yet (soon though), otherwise I'd jump on this contract. Hopefully somebody with first hand knowledge can provide you with better info. Good luck!

Does anyone of you know if Adria is having its own CRJ900 simulator or if they go to some other place for that?

When they operate their own simulator, where is it located and does anybody have the contact details of their simulatorcentre?

AFAIK, there's no CRJ sim at Ljubljana, just pretty good FNPT which can't be configured to represent CRJ.
