The route(s) will be covered by night stopping a/c and crew from the start of the summer schedule in NCL, the last I heard (not at all definitive though!!
) is that the permanent base will open Nov.

That's what I heard mate, but I've probably got it wrapped around my arse, I've most likely interpreted "opening in July" as "fully manned by July", which probably isn't the case (it's been a long week
