Air Southwest Info

Would like some info from anybody that works for Air Southwest. Have flown turbo-props and for the last 7 years jets but would like to return to the Southwest for better quality of life. Got over 5000 hours but due to seniority system still in the right hand seat although have numerous command reccommendations. Would ASW, despite still in the RHS, consider me for direct entry LHS subject to reaching the required standard? Does ASW even take on direct entry captains? If they would only consider me for RHS how long roughly for the chance of command? Any info on this and any additional info/advice would be greatly appreciated. Despite my desire to apply the simple economics of the salary drop from current senior jet position, all be it RHS to RHS turbo-prop may make the move impossible for the time being.
Thanks in advance,
Ron
