Not 100 % sure what exactly it is you are asking but:
They are about to scratched year 4 and 6 (which was the same as 3 and 5) of the copilots payscale which means you will now get a salary increase every year out of the first 5.
And about the fleet change:
they have been "phasing out" their CRJ for the last few years (and it's still flying strong
) plus their Fokker are coming up for major overhaul - maybe new engines (instead of phasing them out initially planed).
Tyrolean has been looking for a suitable airplane for years - but the options on the market at the moment don't quite meet their requirements...

Conditions aren't worse - the pay-increases already happened. For last year it was paid with Dec. salary - backtracking for the whole year. 
Some things are delayed (like max. 3 days of standby in a row instead of 5) because the new collective agreement hasn't been finalized.
