Ryan air F/O Pay, can a actual Ryanair pilot please answer

Hi, I am looking at the offer of Cadet or F/O Self paid type ratings and was wondering if someone can answer me the details on pay or assumed pay in the first two years as I gather it changes a lot thru Line training and hours on type

Could people please restrain them selfs from making comments on the company and and all the crap you find on every topic on here, I just want some hard info from someone that is a current pilot or knows exactly the deal without best guess's.

What is take home during Line Training?
After Line Training for first 6months i think?
After first 6months?
and then general steps up from there, if there are any?

I am a current Ryanair FO. The payscale on http://www.pilotjobsnetwork.com/fact...6aqzas6x5z4514 is pretty accurate. It is complicated and it depends if you go contract or staff with Ryanair after initial training. My understanding is that fewer FOs are being offered staff positions now.

there is nothing good said,because there is nothing good to say and even if in the remote chance there was,no one would say it.it is a shambles and stay well clear.i could spend all night going through the nitty gritty.suffice to say it is an abortion,where the staff are treated like **** and the pounds and pence are a poor cover for what is a sweat shop!!!read from that what you like.If not convinced,jump in and you will soon realise the error of your ways.six months tops to have your eyes opened.

That's not what I asked! and I did say thanks to the guy that responded with what I asked for, I did not say thanks to the last person just making a general comment, same as the one above!

All I asked for is figures! thats it, keep your own opinions to yourself or post them in a thread where someone asked for them!

again, could someone who works for ryan air on a brookfield contract please give information on hours worked after type and typical pay.

Just tired of all the negative people on here, theres so many posts where people ask a simple question and people come out of the woodwork to be negative about anything they can or pull down companys and people for asking things..

I will not be the only one that just gets tired of it all and really wants nothing more than a few simple figures

Here's what you're after:
Based Cadet: Euro 55,50 per scheduled block hour (psbh)
Non-based Cadet: 75,50 Euro psbh

After 500 hrs JAR25, add 20 Euro, flat, psbh.
After 1500 hrs JAR25, add another 5 Euro, psbh.

So, after 1,5-2 years you'll average (75x100) 7500 Euro per month.
A perfect month would be close to 11k. ('cause scheduled hrs are more than actual, so flying the max 100, you probably get paid for 110..)

also is the non based cadet getting 20euros a day more or am i reading this all wrong?

and what is the 1,5-2 years bit???

1. You earn 55.50 euros per scheduled block hour
2. He means 1.5-2 as in once you've been there for 1 and a half to 2 years
3. I don't know what this whole based non-based thing is all about, so can't help there

55.5 Euro per hour. 20 Euro allowance per hour if you are on a floating base to cover your expenses.

@ 100 hours a month, you would reach your 900 hours in 9 months. Does that therefore mean you dont work/dont get paid for 3 months of the year??

Its a reasonable request If I want a thread of 1000 reasons not to go to ryainair no problem but every time some one asks a simple question they get bombarded with the same crap.

Bare in mind gents that when on a BRK contract you are getting paid without any tax deduction. You will have to sort out your own tax!

This company is full of greedy contractors who pay their tax in Switzerland etc thus earning a helluva lot more money than the rest of the work force. Needless to say, should u choose to pay your tax accordingly, the BRK contract would give u less money than on a permanent contract. It is really not as a green as it looks....

Is it true that Brookfield offer to pay you a certain percentage into an offshore account and the remainder into a bank in your country of residence.

If this is the case, it's a great way to avoid paying tax in your country of residence.

Not so good for those who have to make up the shortfall in lost tax revenue, and for those who see their terms and conditions reduce as a result of a tax evasion facility.
