Add 24000€ to 40000€ = 64000€.
probably more like 20% extra
hmmm....64K euro is 48K GBP add 20% thats 9k. 57k GBP for a A320 captain, doing 85hrs a month, living in eastern europe????

And there is a pilot shortage?

Not intending to. But at that rate of pay, I gather there is NO pilot shortage. Which was the point.

Folks, I realy don´t understand what you want. You want 100 k a year, then stay in the UK. If you are happy to make 65 to 80 k a year, then move to eastern europe... yes move there... and you will see, you never had more in the pocket at the end of the month.
