Need a little help on this one.
I am considering applying for Jet2 but should I go direct or would it be more benificial to join via an agency??
I am not going to reside in the UK.

I presume you are talking about joining as a contractor, in which case I think Jet2 only deals with agencies for its contract captains/FOs. (At least all the contractors I know come through agencies, but I stand to be corrected).
