MK is really 'set up' for folk who live in Africa. Your $5000 goes a lot further there. If you live and pay taxes in Europe its NOT a good salary.
Nearly 3 years since I did selection at MK. Sim ride standard stuff. Tech questionnaire - some of it poorly worded so that occasionally it could be 2 correct answers. Interview with 2 guys - a bit about you and your experience and a lot about why you want to be in MK. Your face will have to fit - they are a tight knit bunch who work hard in some difficult places all over the world.
Might be worth asking this on the African forum - you will likely get more responses.

Had an interview with MK a few months ago. Fascinating outfit who, as the Ops Dircetor told me during my 1 vs 1 interview, are trying to become the No.1 cargo operator in the UK.
As Mr Bernoulli says, salary is poor for UK crew. Basic is $1100pm (as a retainer), then all allowances made up salary to $5000. Also, expect to work a 20-day block (ish) per month.
Got a complete tour of their site and had a brilliant afternoon with them. For me though, salary just not up to any useful UK lifestyle and working regime not really good for my own family life.
I'm watching them with great interest. If they go as far as their dream, it could be worth it.
pm me for further details if required.
Regards
JJC
Best of luck.
