Flybe Emb 195

Hi folks,

For those in the know and just out of interest, could anyone give an indication of what place on the seniority list one would need to be to get in the RHS of the 195. I've heard the top 400 places being mentioned, but don't know how true that is!

Regards,

T

I would say the top 400 places is about right. This will also be dependent on the ex-BA Connect people... There has been restriction been put on them getting on to flybes "jet" until winter 08. As soon as that bidding window is available for that period, there will be a lot of people in contention for it!

How many more E195s does Flybe have on order/option? How many now in the current fleet? Where are the E195 bases for pilots?

Cheers

There are very strong rumours those options will be firmed up, and further sought.

Eventhough it might be an off-topic, may I ask what's the net monthly income (including per diems/allowances) for a 1st year f/o on the 400Q?

Thank you

Current basic is £24500 or thereabouts, and you can reasonably expect about another £2500 in duty pay on top, all before tax.

Crikey! My lad earns more as a first-year Chippy...with no GCSE's. Market forces, I guess.
