Loganair DEC

Just seen an advert in Flight for Loganair direct entry SAAB 340 captains and I'm very tempted to apply.

Anyone know what they are like to work for and what sort of T&Cs one can expect?

Thanks,

Al

I think it's about 40k for a Captain plus about 3-4k duty pay, so not too bad for a 1500hr pilot. There is also a decent pension scheme and good staff travel. There is a 12k loan in lieu of a bond. You take out a loan and they pay you back the money over three years including interest. Okay if you have 12k rattling around I suppose.
