Talking Latest Jade contract

I've just received the contract for a type rated captain position with Jade, and was wondering if anyone could shed some light on a few matters.
Before I start I have searched around pprune, and most of the info available is for f/o's or possibly out of date, so don't jump on me for being lazy!!!!!!!
1. Salary of 66,500 CNY equates to £4,400 or $8,800 per month...before Chinese tax. Is this correct, seems very low?
2. Can you collect your monthly days off into a block so as to return to your home country each month?
3. Can the education, (a rather low £1500 or $3000 per year) allowance be used towards your home country's school fees?
4. What is the state of morale within the company, and general feeling of job security?
5. And any other pearls of wisdom concerning the interview would be appreciated.

Tax is about 30 % in China, so net salary equals around 3000 Sterling..

( I didn't go to the interview after recieving the figures )
