Hello,
I've also some qustions about the T&C for F/Os at Niki.
What will be the salary when you join them with 3000h?
How long is the time to command (with a total time of 3000h thereof 2700h in airlineservice)?
How is the roster, how many days off a month? Holiday?
thanks for the infos in advance!

FlyNiki doesn't hire directly but through personell agency, i.e. you are employed by someone else and only "on loan" to FlyNiki.
Niki is fiercely anti-union. Rumour has it that you only earn decent money when flying a lot and have to expect low paychecks in low season.

CRJ2, try to join air berlin, you could go directly to the left seat (€4100 base pay) with your experience, your choice of boeing or airbus. However i do not know if they take on ppl right, as far as i know they're out of training capacity and dont take anyone for a bit til they managed to train those they hired in april.

Diabolo,
here are some answers:
Basic captain´s salary: 3180€/ month
Flight pay: 1-70 hrs: 26,50€/ hr
71-90 hrs: 63,60€/hr
91+: 84,80€/ hr
13th and 14th salary, which is the basic salary plus 50 block hours flight pay.
Captain´s salary increases by 500€ every three years, until reaching the top, which is presently 5300€.
The atmosphere among the crews is very good, but relationship between crews and management needs serious improvement. Leasing company is called "Labour Pool".
CRJ2,
here are your answers:
If you are joining with 3000 hours, you will start at the beginning of the payscale anyway. But time to command is shorter, maybe 1-2 years.
Payscale for F/Os:
Basic salary: 1580€/month
Flight pay: 1-70 hrs: 15,90€
71-90 hrs: 31,80€
91+: 63,60€
13th and 14th salary, which is basic salary plus 50 block hours.
Basic salary increases by 300€ after first year, then every 3 years.
Roster will be distributed on the 25th of the month, for the whole next one. You will fly more in summer than in winter. 22 OFF days are guaranteed within two months. I´m not sure about holidays, it´s either 35 or 38 per year.
Hope this helps!

"Flying less in winter" equals quite a drop in pay while the progressive overtime pay might restrict scruples to fly quite a lot during high season.
@CharlieBrown320: do you happen to know the monthly flight time limits at Niki? Recurring rumours in Austria say that they are waaaay above 100 hours per calender month although the former head of the CAA claimed they were less than the maximum allowed at other Austrian carriers (which possibly referred to the yearly max.)

In the last months some pilots, especially captains, flew indeed more than 100 hours (110-120). But that is rather unusual. Typical block hours in the summer season is round about 90, 60-80 during the winter season.
I know about at least one captain who will have flown 900 hours before the year has ended, so he will have to take a few weeks OFF, until next year has started.
