Red face Recency minimums

A request to all you hour hogs out there! What are the minimum requirements specified by your company in order to remain in current flying practice. Do they relay on the JAR ops 3 take offs and landings in 90 days or are they more stringent?

As a contractor with several companies in the past I say the stringest one as calling for a LineCheck after 30 consecutive days off duty.

Cool

Tailphinn & FL310, JAROPS only requires minimum of T/O and Landing every 90 days but CAP360 required P1 to carry out T/O and landing every 28 days. I think a line check after 28 days for P1 or P2 would be a good move if possible.
