There is anew start-up at Brescia Montechieri Airport called Air Italy. They are taking delivery of their first B767 in December from LTU. The former Minerva Airlines management are behind it, they got fired after a plane ended up in the sea in Genoa killng 4 people in 1999. Will it be a good set-up? the Chief Pilot and Director Flight Ops only have military and general aviation experience combined with flying the Do328 for Minerva up and down Italy. My question is what do these guys know about flying a B767 from Brescia to Mexico from the left seat...Could this be another spaghetti airline?

From what I`ve seen from general aviation/corporate managers, this does not taste good. They do not want to operate "the airline way". I would recommend to give Aviation Consortium a call. I know www.cockpitforum.com mentioned something about 767 in Italy via this agency.
