I am a complete ignoramous so can someone please explain to me what each of the following terms mean.

ORDINARY SHARES
DIVIDENDS PER SHARE
BASIC EARNINGS PER SHARE

There are umpteen helpful specialist sites with this info, such as Moneyextra, UKInvest, FT.com, and Motley Fool.

They go into more detail that Danny's bandwidth could stand on this site.
