misconceptions-for new joiners ?
spoke to a recent joiner who had several misconceptions prior to arriving.seemed aware of nett take home(slightly optimistic)but his biggest fumble seemed to be time to command(he already fulfills hour requirement)
presrent predictions are 6-8 yrs in virgin for joinersin last 12 mnths onwards due to low average age of skippers+present fleet replacements coming along.not the 3-4 yrs he had been given at interview apparently.
