Question Line Training Pay

What do you guys out there get paid for giving line training/IOE?

In our line we just get $53(=60 euro) per training day, whatever the sectors/hrs, before tax (after tax it gets much thinner).

Just wanted to compare with your figures to confirm we're indeed underpaid.

Thanks

Question

Are you talking about pay for instructors, or pay for pilots whilst under instruction?

I mean the extra money the instructor receives for giving line training, on top of his salary, extras, allowances etc

Line Trainers in most outfits recieve an increase in their salary of approximately 20%.
This is payed regardless of any training actually going on or not.
