Flying the 737-800

This question has been asked before, I am sure. I have a friend who is going to transition to a 737-800 at Delta and I wanted to know from current 737-800 pilots the following:

1. How do you like the avionics package?

2. How does the aircraft compare vs. your previous aircraft?

3. Likes/dislikes with regard to the aircraft
