Any POSITVE comments on going for a job in CX ?
I keep seeing all these but's and don't-s what CX is concerned and that things are what they used to be. Maybe so, but are they really so bad or is that just the frustated batch venting their emotions ?
Any thoughts or comments would be welcome, since I have my first interview coming up.
Also, anybody care to elaborate on the contents of the first interview, since appearently it is not like it used to be. Only 2 hours are scheduled per person...
