Question Comments from the Industry On Pay Rises Please!

We would appreciate comments from our colleagues in the industry as to what Pay Awards are being achieved at the moment.

Our esteemed leader, Slippery Bill, would like us to believe his forked tongue that 4% is a fantastic pay rise! (This includes cost of living). I find that hard to believe as esyJet are paying pilots £30,000 to pitch up on their doorstep.

Fire away chaps!

All info much appreciated.

Thumbs down

Virgin, with the consent Balpa got 5%. Pretty p1ss poor despite Balpa claiming that it was a great deal. Still, I'll be getting an extra 1% when I cancel Balpa membership!

Well, as covered before, the german Vereinigung Cockpit is right now quizzing their members on their willingness to strike for approx. 35% payrise at Lufthansa.
