UK Inland Revenue & Working Abroad
Está servira para distraerle.
Very briefly and in an unofficial response to your post.
Domicile has little directly to do with citizenship.
If you are resident for tax purposes in the UK and have agreed with the UK Inland Revenue that you are non domiciled, then in general you will only be liable for UK income tax on world wide income either arising or actually brought in to the UK.
If however, the revenue determines that the purpose of your residence in the UK is for employment which generates income construed to arise in the UK, even though it is paid outside the UK, such a remittance advantage might change.
If your overseas income arises in a country which has a tax treaty with the UK, you will need to bear this in mind when completing tax returns in either country. You may further find that any tax treaty distinguishes as between types of income and the taxation treatment of each type. eg: allowances, interest and so on.
By far the best advice is to seek professional advice for which you will almost certainly have to pay. If you consult the UK revenue, the advice you receive will be free of course, but the end user cost would be apt to be considerably higher in the long run. That particular money generating consortium of interests has no brief to make your taxation liabilities more cost effective in your hands at the expense of lack of revenue in theirs.
