Red face Sector Pay, who pays it and how much?

I know some airlines are paying sector pay, please tell me who and how much so I can see how much my I am losing by not getting it!!!

Go pay £20 for Captain's and £12 for F/O's per sector.
Both to be reviewed.
70% of those amounts is tax free.

Do you get an hourly rate as well or is it just sector pay, what about when you are night stopping??

Countrybusdriver..... no. We get double sector pay for night stops and a fairly big basics to go with it.

F/O's £27 - 38k.
Capts £62k and upwards.

Ryanair - £22.50 per sector for first four sectors and £30 for any above 4 per duty. All tax free - company pays tax.

When you say the Co pays tax are we talking UK rates and currency or Irish. What is your average sector time?
