If you look at the ppjn website they give details of recruitment for KLM.
I know they need a lot of pilots of the next 3 years, I cant remember the figure but it is huge.
They recruit from a mixture of the RNLAF, their ab initio pilot training scheme and from the wider market.
You must speak Dutch and have a higher level of school education, A-level, international bacc etc
Cheers

KLM only takes people from the Royal Netherlands AirForce (RNLAF), Navy, KLM Flight Academy or NLS (Nederlandse Luchtvaart School). If you don't have the before mentioned background than you don't need to apply.

Oh, and as mentioned before you need to speak Dutch.

A lot of Dutch guys working abroad can get in to KLM because they don't have the required background. KLM prefers ab initio with the above background instead of experienced pilots without this background.
