Post When does start your day off ?

The airlines I work for begins my days off at sign-off and not after the legal rest period of the last duty day.

What about you ?

our day-off starts a half hour after block in, single day off must be 36hours, first day in a series must be 30hrs subsequent ones are 24hrs.
