Life of a Virgin?

I'm trying to get some info on life in Virgin Atlantic. What are the requirements for new F/O's, do you get a choice of fleet, what are the lifestyles on the different fleets- especially time away from home and what's the salary/pension scheme like? Any other info would be greatly appreciated.

As far as I know 2500 hours total is min req with a portion of that time to be jet transport.
Pay is below average
No choice of fleet if your lucky enough to be chosen you get what your given but can move around after 3 years.
