Cathey Pacific F/O pay/bases/duty time

Could anybody tell me a little about CX? I must be based in the U.S. (overseas isn't really an option). Compared to the U.S. majors, where does their pay scale rank (qualitatively--higher, same, lower etc). Most importantly, what is the typical month schedule for CX. Thanks in advance. I'm wondering if I should even be considering them.
