CONDOR- what´s the status quo?
I recently learnt that the pilot body of CFG and CiB are not governed by the LUFTHANSA KTV anymore.
If those in the know would be so kind to enlighten the majority: What´s the current deal then? What will be the deal for new joiners?
I see that the aforementioned companies are advertising and recruiting via Interpersonal. Can anybody provide concise Ts + Cs of their revised contract: Gross, benefits, days off etc.?
Is there still a "swapping list" for those willing to jump ship to LH mainline? And: If any, under which circumstances is that planned to be possible in the future?
What´s the status with the proposed Air Berlin merging?
Thanks a lot & cheers...

As far as im aware new joiners still go into the old condor pay deal but they cannot under any circumstances join lufthansa later on (TV Wechsel und Förderung doesn't apply to them anymore) without reapplying, jumping through all the hoops and if they happen to pass come in as newjoiners.
A new deal is under negotiation at the moment and it will of course have lower conditions than those for the old KTV condor guys, those old condor guys can go to Lufty after at least 6 years at condor, however that might speed up with the coming merger as lufthansa isn't really happy that its pilots work for a competing company and it needs more bums to fill its own seats anyway.
