Interview at Emirates

Hi Ladies and Gentlemen!

Would anyone of you have any details regarding interviews at Emirates. I have seen what is published already on this site (its been a while and not many specifics) and was wondering if anyone could give me an idea of the questions asked at the written tests, interviews etc... be it technical, personal etc. Any idea of what the sim ride is like. Any "does" and "do nots". Any info most welcome.
