Salary conditions in COUGAR

I have some good friends that sadly lost their jobs. Last day some of them told me asking about the conditions in COUGAR LEASING.. .An agency in GB offered some work under a short term contract in this company for the 727.. .The captain salary will be 3750 GBP and F/O 2350 GBP, based in Liege.Allowances only 30 GBP for every nightstop.Nothing in the draft about free days, rostering etc.. .Obviously is under (but is better than nothing)but any info about conditions,rostering, possibility to extend to a permanent contract etc...will be welcomed.
