If anyone can confirm the bases on offer then I may be able to help. GLASGOW should be receiving a new charter carrier this season using the B757, and would most likely be Swedish registered considering the ownership.

Euro pilots can work in the U.S.? You obviously walked into a reality distortion field, man! If you know something we don't, please let us know! As far as I know, Europeans are no more elegible for U.S. work permits than anybody else. In fact, I would say it must be easier for Americans to work in the EU than the other way around.

We can all say "green card," getting one is totally another thing. I dont think the US has issued a green card to a foreign national on the basis of his/her application to be employed as a pilot. Not in living memory if ever. The other way across the pond is conceivable. The FAA will not validate a euro license beyond ppl, but many JAA authorities will validate an FAA atp, usually if expeience levels are appropriate and a propective employer petitions.

When I used to dispatch those N reg Electras and 727's on behalf of DHL with their American crews I must have dreamt it. Funny thing was I got paid for it <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="biggrin.gif" /> <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="wink.gif" /> . .. .Now let's dream about a night with Claudia <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="smile.gif" /> (I'll pay her)
