Forming a pilot association
I am interested in hearing from pilots who have experience in forming a pilot association for a Spanish airline.
To avoid pitfalls and learn from your experiences
We have pilots from many different nationalities

It does seem that you have been around a little while Mach Trim,
would this be from a management point of view, or am l too cynical to be allowed out ?

I can save you a phonecall to ECA or IFALPA.
There is already a well established pilots association in Spain: SEPLA
I`m sure they will be happy to represent the pilots in your airline.
