CV banks vs Jobs Boards
Hi eveyone,
Just wondering what experiences people have had with CV banks - is it worth keeping a CV up to date on CV banks like the one on aviationjobsearch.com? Or is it best to just apply to the jobs as they are posted?
Naive question I know but it all takes up so much time!

hmmm... clearly that was a stupid question one way or t'other
. I'll assume CV banks are a waste of time and just apply to the ads - it's just that there are loads of 'em!

CV's
I would always be inclined to write a CV which adequately addresses (in the same chronological order), the requirements of the specific job vacancy. That way its very clear that you've taken time and considered your reply. Pain in the bum, but counts for a lot.
Good luck
