Silverjet info?

The last two threads on the subject have failed, but the company has been running for almost half a year now... So what is it like a Silverjet? Rosters? Crew morale? Hotac? Let's hear it. I'll take PMs too!

Ditto on the above!

Just recieved the e-mail asking if I'm still interested. However, realistically how can I answer that if I don't know much about the T's and C's. Surely some of you who work for them must be able to shed some light on the subject!

Thanks in advance.

Perhaps you should go to the interview and find out for the rest of us... It doesn't hurt to at least talk to them - you have nothing to lose at this point. Can I ask if any of you have a 757/767 type? Is that a requirement to get considered?

It should be interesting to see what happens when BA and Virgin get into the game in a few years.

Out of interest I took a look a few months ago but neither of us were much impressed - a brief encounter only.

Very full of themselves but an average package and no consideration had been given to lifestyle IMO - enticing back to back Newarks - yeah right.

Heffer, rosters are very good at the moment

LONDON (Thomson Financial) - Shares in Silverjet, the new economy business airline, dropped 13 pct in early deals, down 20-1/2 to 32-1/2, after it delayed the introduction of its second service between the UK and US.

Silverjet said it would delay the start of the second service between London Luton and New York Newark until September 20, after a routine check on the jet identified the need for additional maintenance work.

The airline said all passengers who have booked on the delayed second service will be offered seats on the current Silverjet service or a full refund.
