If your working BA short haul routes, if possible, how easy is it for you to swap trips or shifts with a colleague?

Very easy if you can find someone willing to swap, and that can be done either by direct contact or using the BALPA forum. Just gotta call ops at the right time!

You can either keep or swap the credit too which can be a good bargaining tool.
