What is it normally worth,

speaking in terms of money in excess of a normal line pilot, to be Head of Training or Chief instructor in a JAR outfit that has two medium heavy jets?

I used to work for an airline where the Chief of Training was three salary steps ahead of the normal schedule. This was approximately 1000$.

Seems to be app. 1100€-ish for a 50-A/C regional fleet in the middle of Europe. Exact figures not published.
