Volare Italy

I am trying to do some research on Volare as I have been approached about a possible 6 month contract out of Milan. Apart from the information that is available on their website/wikipedia etc, does anyone out there have any views/opinions/experiences of them? Route structure looks slim on the scheduled front however do they do much charter? Would like to know more about the Alitalia tie up and what consequences that has if anyone is in the know.

I have searched pprune but am unable to locate anything.

Volare is a bankrupt company sold to Alitalia (or to Air one). A decision is pending in the italian court of justice.
