Croatia Airlines T&C's
Do they even have any. I've tried surching but alas, found nothing. I'm curious as I am going to go the integrated route over the summer, and will complete it next March. As well as I will be studying Croatian in my free time as out of all the European Languages, its the most appealing. Any chance?
Also, I hope to live in Britain, can anyone tell me details on commuting?

CTN does not hire expats, for the time being.
T&Cs are moderately lousy (about 1500€ net for Q400 F/O, 5Yr 30 000€ bond, which does not decrease, 7-8 days off each month, so no chance of comuting).
Croatia has recently failed FAA IASA audit.
And methinks you've misspelt appaling, when writing about the language.

Hi guys,
CTN doesn't hire expats, EU is fine but need to know the language pretty good. Commuting is a no-no as the rosters are day off or two here and there. The other thing is now they have some kind of pay to fly type ratings with some hours on type included. After the training there is a chance the get a contact if you do good in training and on line...hope it helps..
T&C as above, maybe a little more, 25-40% when you do some overtime

CTN is nowadays strictly pay-to-fly gig. 35 K€ buys you 320 rating and 500 hours, Q400 is 5000€ cheaper. If they like you, you might get 6-months contract at the end of your tour. We'll see soon what happens after first 6 months.
Formally there are no obstacles to getting employed as an EU-expat but there are no takers as far better jobs can be found through Europe so even Croatian fATPL wonders prefer to emigrate rather sooner than later.

CTN has managed to sell the Q400 P2F package to UK citizen recently. What he hopes to achieve by having a half grand Q400 hours is way beyond me.
